Ouida Kelly Trichell

Funeral services for Ouida Kelly Trichell, 106, of Monroe, La., will be held at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday October 27, 2020 in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home in Monroe, LA., with Rev. Lindle Stewart officiating. Interment will follow in New Light Baptist Church in Monroe, LA.

Mrs. Trichell was born on January 14, 1914 and passed away on October 23, 2020 in Monroe, LA.

Mrs. Trichell was a member of New Light Baptist Church in Monroe, LA. She loved to garden and loved people. She enjoyed listening to music and going to the Grand Ole Opry for many years. She is preceded in death by her parents, James and Arminda Kelly, husband, Leo Trichell; sisters, Etta May, Clemmie Newson, Ethel Solomon, Donnie Carter, and Lessie Goldrick; brothers, Jimmy, Gilbert and Delbert Kelly.

Survivors include her children, Geraldine Stanley, Johnny Trichell and wife Lois, and Marvin Trichell; brother, Major Kelly; twelve grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be John Stanley, Zack Stanley, Jeremy Womack, Kenneth Baker, Samuel Bamburg, John Carter.

Visitation will be from 12:00 P.M. until service time on Tuesday October 27, 2020 at Mulhearn Funeral Home.
