Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 30th at 11:00 am at First Baptist Church of Rayville for Nellie Hardy Henry who died on Sunday, August 25, 2019. Interment will follow at Rayville Masonic Cemetery, under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home in Rayville. Nellie was born October 11, 1932 at Bolton, Mississippi to her parents Lela Miller Hardy and Tristam Milton Hardy.

In 1951, Nellie married Corlis Henry and they moved to the farm he had purchased near Rayville. They were married for 64 years before his death two years ago. She is survived by two sons, Wendell Hardy Henry and Clayton Rand Henry (wife Amy), and two grandsons, Justin Henry and Nathan Henry (wife Kaylee), and brothers Tristam Maurice Hardy, Jesse Daniel Hardy, and Bobby Joe Hardy.

Preceding her in death were her husband Corlis Henry, her parents, two brothers, Merril Miller Hardy and Cecil Milton Hardy, her stepmother Annie Mary Hardy, and her aunt and uncle Erma and Mack Pittman with whom she made her home after the death of her parents.

Memorials may be made to the charity of your choice.

Visitation will be from 9:30 am Friday, until time of service at First Baptist Church of Rayville.
