Neldra Loraine Roberts

Funeral services for Mrs. Neldra Loraine Roberts, 95, of Monroe, LA, will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, June 18, 2022, at Mulhearn Funeral Home at 2308 Sterlington Road Monroe, LA, with Pastor Rodney White officiating. Visitation for family will be at 9:00 A.M., friends will be at 10:00 A.M. Interment will follow at Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery 623 US-80, Monroe, LA.
Neldra Loraine Roberts, born February 19, 1927, went to her heavenly home June 8, 2022, at the age of 95. Loraine is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Vincent Misita Sr., who passed in 1968. She is also preceded in death by her husband, James E. Roberts, who passed in 2012; her parents, John Wright and Mary Greer; 11 brothers and sisters; and her beloved grandson, Charles Vincent Misita III.

Loraine is survived by her son, Charles Vincent Misita Jr. and wife Glenda Misita; her daughter, Neldra Ann Hisle and her husband Paul Hisle; along with her precious grandchildren, Lisa Misita, Michelle White, Chris Misita, and Brian Hisle. She is also survived by her great grandchildren, Candace DiGiacomo, Christopher Misita Jr., Ashley Fisher, Corbin White, Cory White, Brandon Misita, and Natalia Hisle. She will be missed by numerous beloved nephews, nieces and other family members and treasured friends.
Loraine was born in Crowville, Louisiana and lived in the Monroe area for the majority of her life. She was a beautician for over 50 years and was owner and operator of Loraine's Beauty Salon in Vicksburg, Ms. and Monroe, La.

Loraine had a profound faith in God and enjoyed sharing God’s love with everyone she met. She was a wonderful cook and enjoyed hosting holidays and spending time with her family and friends. She was loved and adored by all.
