Mildred Vasti Eubanks Tullis, 90, of West Monroe, departed this life into the arms of Jesus Christ on February 23, 2018, in West Monroe.
Private Graveside Services will be held at Hasley Cemetery, West Monroe with Rev. Michael Stravato officiating, under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe.
She was born in Pioneer, Louisiana, on August 12, 1927. She worked as a telephone operator during World War II, then for Dr. Guthrie Jarrell in Monroe.
Mrs. Tullis was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, James Elvin Tullis; parents, Herman Eubanks and Mary Cawthon Eubanks; two brothers and three sisters.
Survivors include her son, Gary Scott Tullis (Lisa); grandson, Gary Scott Tullis, II, all of West Monroe, LA; granddaughter, Jennifer Melton (Stuart); great grandchildren, Andi Grace, Anna Dale and Andon Melton, all of Monroe, LA; and a host of nieces and nephews.
