Mildred Causey Harrelson

Funeral Services for Mrs. Mildred Causey Harrelson, 94, of West Monroe, LA, will be held at 2:00 P.M., Saturday, September 23, 2017, at First United Methodist Church in West Monroe, LA with Rev. Shawn Hornsby officiating. Interment will follow in Hasley Cemetery in West Monroe, LA, under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe, LA.

Mrs. Harrelson passed away on September 21, 2017, at 3:00 A.M., she was 94. She was a long time member of the First United Methodist Church in West Monroe. Mrs. Harrelson was an accomplished painter in oils of family portraits and of flowers and fruit on china plates.

Survivors include her daughters, Mrs. Beverly Forester and husband, Jay, and Mrs. Twyla Smith and husband David; son, Andrew Harrelson, Jr.; twelve grandchildren; sister, Mrs. Blanche Garrett; and brother, Fred G. Causey.

Pallbearers will be Adam Smith, Brian Lynch, Dave Garrett, Jack Forester, Will Saxby and Sweeney.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M., Friday, September 22, 2017, at Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe, LA.
