Mickle "Mike" D. Till

A memorial service celebrating the life of Mr. Mickle “Mike” D. Till, will be held at 11:30 A.M. Sunday, November 24, 2024, at Grace Baptist Church, 1569 Harmon Johnson Rd., Monroe, LA 71202.

Mickle D. Till, born on December 24, 1949, in Delhi, Louisiana to James A. Till and Judy Till. He was known to drink coffee with everyone in the neighborhood and always wanting to spend his time with his grandchildren. 

Mickle Till “Mike” was a beloved husband, father, grandfather and uncle. He is survived by his wife, Betty Till; his sons, Mickle “Mike” Till, Jr. and Russell “Rusty” Till and his wife Marie; his grandchildren, Krystal Johnson, Paul Guest and his wife Courtney, David Dunnaway, Dylan Till, and Jacob Till and his fiancé Brittany; his great grandchildren, James A. Till, Ryder, Rylie, and Brooklyn Guest; sisters, Gloria Dupree and her husband Wayne, and Brenda Sholar and her husband Jimmy; his close nephew, Donnie Whittington; and many nieces and nephews whom he loved till the end.

He is preceded in death by his parents, James and Judy Till; sisters, Shirley Houghton and Deloris “Dee” Lowry; brother, Newell Till; niece, Terra McCarty; great nephew, Tristan Till; and close friends, David Breland, and Larry and Julie Bass.
