Funeral Services for Mr. Michael Pettis, 55, of West Monroe, LA will be held 11:00 AM, Monday, November 1, 2010 in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe with Mac Owen and Keith Powell officiating. Interment will follow at Hasley Cemetery, West Monroe.
Mike was born January 16, 1955 in Monroe, LA and passed away October 29, 2010 in West Monroe, LA. He loved Celebrate Recovery at White’s Ferry Road Church of Christ. He was an avid golfer. His love was his grandson, Brennan and his dogs.
Mike is survived by his wife, Brenda Pettis; daughter, Jennifer Eager and her husband Ryan; two brothers, Ed Pettis and wife Virginia, Randy Pettis and wife Jeannine; grandson, Brennan Eager; step-mother, Marion Pettis; two step-brothers, Ross Armstrong and Guy Armstrong; step-sister, Cecile Beaver; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Neil and Inez Zeagler.
Pallbearers will be brothers from Celebrate Recovery.
Visitation will be from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM Sunday, October 31, 2010 at Mulhearn Funeral Home West Monroe.
