Interment will follow in the Carlton Cemetery in Calhoun, LA.Mr. Hamilton was born on November 27, 1949 in Winnsboro, LA and passed away on October 2, 2015 in Minden, LA. He is preceded in death by his mother, Louise Hamilton and his father, Weldon Hamilton; ex-wife, Diane Hamilton; daughters, Jamie Hamilton and Shannon Hamilton; sister, Sherry Foster; granddaughters, Chloe and Lily Hamilton; brothers, Alvin Hamilton and Weldon Hamilton, Jr. Survivors include his sons, Michael Hamilton and wife, Tracie, Patrick Hamilton, Jacob Hamilton and his girlfriend, Christy Brian; daughter, Jessica Hawkes and husband, Jerry; brother, Samuel Hamilton and wife, Linda; sister, Marilyn Roberts; grandchildren, Katie Peper, Emily Hamilton, Taylor Hamilton, and Hayden Hamilton.Pallbearers will be Richard Woodard, Jeffrey Steppe, David Patterson, Christopher Foster, Samuel Hamilton and Gary Wyles.Visitation will be held from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M., Friday, October 9, 2015 at Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe.
