Graveside service for Mr. Melvin Lee “Butch” Vosburg, 73, of Monroe, LA, will be held at 2:00PM Monday, January 18, 2021, at Mer Rouge Cemetery near Bastrop.
Mr. Vosburg was born on January 11, 1948, in Bastrop, LA, and passed away on January 11, 2021, in Monroe. He was a welding inspector, enjoyed fishing, motorcycles, LSU Football, and Saints Football. Mr. Vosburg was preceded in death by his parents, Melvin L. and Jeanette Gillum Vosburg of Mer Rouge, LA, and son, Melvin Lee.
Survivors include his wife, Anecita Vosburg; daughter, Brandy Holton and husband Ray and their children, Laura Alyse Kolb and Joshua Riley Holton; son, Christopher and family; two sisters, Jeanne Young and Anne Turnage; granddaughter, Ainsley; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Carmelita and Florencio Senoc, Jr.; sisters-in-law, Jocelyn Plumlee and husband Glen, Cristina, Verlinda, Josephine, Rosalia, Renato, and Florencio Senoc; and brother-in-law, Ranilo Senoc.
