Graveside Services for Mr. Melvin Glenn Sanders, 60, of Monroe, LA, will be 11:00 AM Thursday, April 22, 2021, at McKnight Cemetery in Rayville, LA with Pastor Dan Stansbury officiating.
Mr. Sanders was born June 20, 1960 an passed away on April 18, 2021. He retired as a foreman with Brock Industrial Services. Mr. Sanders enjoyed hunting, fishing, going to the casino, and automobiles.
He is preceded in death by wife, Sharon Sanders; mother, Dorothy Sanders; father, Lonnie Sanders; great-grandmother, Vertis Lee Hutto; and great-grandfather, Colon Henry Hutto.
Survivors include his two children, Catherine Yarbrough (Andy), and Dustin Sanders; four grandchildren, Mason, Bryce, Harper and Kauri; six siblings, Kenneth Sanders (Glenda), Dennis Sanders, Beverly Sanders Bertinot (Mike), Stanley Sanders (Gloria), Brenda Sanders Bertram (Walter), LaWanna Sanders Folse (Craig); as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff of Christus St. Joseph Home.
