Melva Patterson Odom

Funeral Services for Mrs. Melva Jean Patterson Odom, 77, of West Monroe will be held at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, November 15, 2017 in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home West Monroe, LA with Dr. Mark Fenn officiating. Interment will follow in the Hasley Cemetery in West Monroe, LA.

Mrs. Odom was born on September 15, 1940 in Black Lick, PA and passed away on November 14, 2017 in West Monroe, LA. She loved working with ceramics, helping those who needed a hand and also volunteering her time at church. Mrs. Odom is preceded in death by her husband, Obie Odom; son, Dennis Odom; and her parents, Olof Christopher and Anna Marie Crusan Patterson.

Survivors include Janet and Lyle Malloy and Carol and Joyce Odom.

Visitation will be held from 1:00 P.M. until service time on Wednesday.
