Memorial service for Ms. Melinda Jean Fornah, 58, of Monroe, LA, will be held at 10:00Am Friday, March 22, 2019, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe, with Rev. Anthony Foy officiating.
Ms. Fornah was born on October 10, 1960, in Monroe, LA, and died on March 9, 2019, in Monroe. She attended high school in Dallas, TX, and was born again and Baptized into the Church of Christ in Dallas, “where she worked until relocating back to Monroe” where she made home.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Mylia Matthews Jenkins.
Survivors include her father, Leo Foy, Sr., brothers and sisters, Sheila Crawford and husband Ike, Elsie Lusk and husband Jeff, Leo Foy Jr., and Wanda, Michael, Terry, and Toney; and numerous nieces and nephews.
