Miss Jackson was born August 2, 1991, in Monroe, LA and passed away October 29, 2017, in Sterlington, LA.
Megan was a waitress at the Fish House in Sterlington for 9 years. She graduated in Agricultural Business, and was President of the Agricultural Society at ULM. Megan was the most free-spirited, positive, loveable person you could ever know. She had an infectious smile that would brighten anybody’s day. She lived life to the fullest every single day. She believed in simplicity and appreciated the simple things in life, and she lived by it. She loved being outside, fishing, riding her bike and running on the levee where she called home on the Ouachita river on “Sunflower”, her happy place, as she called it. She loved people, family and friends alike with all of her heart. She was loved by everyone that crossed her path. Her love was unconditional. Her legacy will live on through people that knew her, she will never be forgotten. Rest in peace our beautiful daughter, sister and friend.
