Mary Ruth Killian Bassett

Graveside Services for Mrs. Mary Ruth Killian Bassett, 83 of Winnsboro, will be at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, February 22, 2018 at Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery in Monroe, with Bro. Jerry Johnson officiating, under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home in Winnsboro.
Mrs. Bassett loved spending time with her family, loved to cross stitch and needle point. She also loved reading books, especially the Bible, and attending church at First Baptist Church in Crowville. She also enjoyed playing dominos and bingo. She was preceded in death by her parents; William Thomas Bassett and Alma Louise Green Bassett, brother, William Harold Bassett, and sisters; Laura Bassett, and Jeanette Bassett.
Survivors include: 2 sons; Mike Killian and wife Gloria of Fort Necessity, and Jeffery Lane Killian of Monroe. 2 grandchildren; Brandy Jackson and husband Brad of Baskin, and Sean Michael Killian and wife Blinda of Crowville, 2 step-grandchildren; Jackie Eaton and wife Bettina of Monroe, and Jamie Eaton and wife Karen of Crowville. 4 great-grandchildren, 1 step-great-grandchild, and 1 great-great grandchild, and sister-in-law, Beth Bassett of Atlanta, GA.
Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. till 10:00 a.m. Thursday, February 22nd at Mulhearn Funeral Home in Winnsboro.
