Services for Mary Lillian Busby, 78 of Epps will be 12:00PM Thursday, April 13, 2017 at the Newton Baptist Church with Rev. Buddy McGurk officiating. Burial will follow in the Newton Baptist Church Cemetery under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home-Rayville.

Mary was born on February 22, 1939 in Shreveport and passed away at her residence on April 10, 2017. She loved her family, Church, reading her bible, raising a garden and sharing the produce with other people.

She is preceded in death by her parents-Luther Bertral and Martha Ellen Cameron McVoy, her husband of 26 years-Huey Busby, and her brother-James McVoy.

She is survived by 2 Daughters-Christy McKinney and husband Johnny and Bennie Busby; 6 Grandchildren-Lori Fulford and husband Joshua, Regina Feroben and husband Joseph, James Miller, Donald Waltman and wife Amber, Nickie Waltman, Clint Bartlett, and Jeannie Jordon and husband Ashley; 9 Great Grandchildren-Ryan Feroben, Kairi Fulford, Dakota Waltman, Gabriel Denton, Asher Denton, Throne Waltman, Alex Waltman, Bruce Waltman, and Ryder Bartlett; Brother-Johnny Ray McVoy and wife Joycelyn; Sister-Margie Busby; host of other family and friends.

Pallbearers will be Ashley Jordan, Clint Bartlett, Michael McKinney, Charles Bell, Joseph Feroben, and James Miller.
