Mary Jo Fulmer Lewis

Graveside service for Mrs. Mary F. Lewis, 78, Monroe, LA, will be held at 10:00AM Friday, August 9,2024, at Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery with Rev. Billy Frank Sellers and Rev. Eddie Simmons officiating under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home Sterlington Rd. Monroe. 

Mrs. Lewis was born September 8, 1945, in Pell City, AL, and passed away on August 6, 2024, in Monroe. Her biggest love outside of her family was plants, flowers, and jewelry. She was a devoted Christian and member of Bethel Assembly of God. Mrs. Lewis was preceded in death by her first husband of 48years, Thelbert Lewis; brother, Donnie Fulmer; and parents, J.P. and Martha Christine Fulmer. 

Survivors include her husband, Mike Mewborn; children, Tracy Brown (Donnie), Lissa Lewis, and Thelbert “Bubba” Lewis, Jr. (Jamie); grandchildren, Lance Brown (Amber), Emily Brown (Robert), Nathan Redding (Misty), Julie Givens (Chase), Megan Cannon (Mac), Chase Redding (Kelsey), and London Lewis; great grandchildren, Rylan, Parker, Layken, Hayden, Mylabelle, Baylor, Palmer, Addy, River, Drew, Annalise, Landry, Memphis, Tate, Ava, Marley, and Ella Jo; three sisters, Patricia Goss, Martha Austin (Albert), and Patience Coon (Andy), two brothers, Rodger Fulmer and Ronnie Fulmer; her childhood and lifelong friend, Dolly Sellers; and numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of friends. 

Pallbearers will be Lance Brown, Nathan Redding, Chase Redding, London Lewis, Rylan Givens, and Parker Redding.
