Mary Frances Hurd

Memorial services for Mrs. Mary Hamm Hurd, 52, of Rayville, LA, will be held at 2:30 PM Saturday, September 11, 2021, at Mulhearn Funeral Home in Rayville, LA, with Pastor Garland “Matt” Matlock officiating. Visitation will be from 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM Saturday, September 11, 2021.

Mrs. Hurd was born August 14, 1969, in Delhi, LA, and passed away Thursday, September 2, 2021, at Glenwood Regional Medical Center. She was a greatly loved wife, mother, sister, and friend. Mrs. Hurd was a devoted mother and grandmother who was kindhearted.

Mrs. Hurd was preceded in death by her father, Huey Hamm, Sr.; mother, Sara Hamm; father-in-law, Donald A. Hurd, Sr.; brother, Loyd Hamm; and grandson, Jayden Wininger (Neathery).

Survivors include her husband, Donald A. Hurd, Jr.; children, Jake Wininger, Daniel Wininger, Donald Jacob Hurd, Joseph Hurd, and Sarah Bella Hurd; grandchildren, Peyton Hurd, Trevor Wininger, Isabella Rose Wininger, Christina McBride; siblings, Huey and Diane Hamm, Shirley H. Heath, Joe and Lynn Hamm, Pat and Gerald Monnin, Jennie and Randy Weatherly, Greg and Janis Hamm; mother-in-law, JoAnn Anzelmo; sisters-in-law, Kathy and husband Bill Spreitzer, Lynn Griffith and husband Jim Piras; brother-in-law, Nile Hurd; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
