Marvin William Matlock

Funeral services for Marvin William Matlock, 82, of Marion, LA, will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, May 11, 2019, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home, Monroe, with Rev. Dennis Hackler officiating. Interment will follow at Loch Arbor Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday 11:00 AM until service time.

Marvin was born August 21, 1936, and passed away Wednesday, May 8, 2019, in Arbor Lake Nursing Facility in Farmerville, LA.

William was preceded in death by parents, Marshall Edward and Letha Matlock; son, Stanley Matlock; daughter, Lorea Matlock; and grandson, D. J. Corbin.

Survivors include wife, Wanda Matlock; son, Marvin Matlock and wife Terri; son, Marshall Matlock and wife Deb; daughter, Susan Matlock; son, Ricky Matlock and wife Reba; daughter, Leatha Fox and husband John; daughter, Rhonda Matlock; nineteen grandchildren, and thirty-six great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Dennis Matlock, Billy Matlock, Charles Heflin, Will Grigson, Shelby St. Jaques, and Jimmy Matlock.
