Marvin Wayne Hollis, Jr. 35, of Rocky Branch, LA died August 6, 2019 in Monroe, LA.
Marvin was in the construction industry, most recently working with the pouring of concrete slabs.

A gathering of family and friends will be held at 2:00 P.M., Saturday, August 10, 2019 at Faith Church 908 Washington St. West Monroe, LA. There will be a time of sharing and story telling about his life, under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home.

Marvin was preceded in death by his father, Marvin Wayne Hollis, Sr.; mother, Janie Carol Scott; paternal grandmother, May Roberts; and paternal grandfather, Jimmy L. Roberts.

Survivors: his momma, Sharon Kay Hollis; two children, Elizabeth Rowland and Bryan Sykes; 4 brothers, Clifton Wayne Doan, J. R. Doan, Clint Hollis (Kristy) and Clayton Hollis (Anna); sister, Jessica Bennett (Larry); and numerous nieces and nephews.
