Marilyn Irene Stricklin

Graveside services for Marilyn Irene Stricklin, 77, of Monroe, LA, will be held at 11:00 A.M., Thursday, October 13, 2022, at Roselawn Cemetery, West Monroe, LA, with Gerald Lewis and Kyle Wonn officiating. Visitation will be from 9:00 A.M. until 10:30 A.M. at Swartz First Assembly of God, Swartz, LA.

Mrs. Stricklin was born July 4, 1945, in Anderson, Indiana, and passed away Tuesday, October 11, 2022, at her residence. She was a member of Swartz First Assembly of God Church. She sold Avon for many years. She loved spending time with her family and grandchildren.

Mrs. Stricklin was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Moss; father, E.B. Moss; and brother, Royster Moss.

Survivors include her husband, Ervin Boyce Stricklin; sons, Eldon Boyce Stricklin and wife Melissa A. Stricklin, Brandon Stricklin and wife Melissa M. Stricklin; stepdaughter, Linda Stricklin Fass; stepson, Brad Stricklin; grandchildren, Elliott Blake Stricklin, Kyle Harper, Brianna Stricklin, and Ethan Stricklin; sisters, Sylvia Ramsey and Patye Bridget and husband Dan; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Bill and Virgina Baker; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be, Blake Stricklin, Kyle Harper, Ethan Stricklin, Justin Allen, Bill Baker, and Kelly Tucker.

Honorary pallbearers are Boyce and Brandon Stricklin.
