Marie Martin

Services for Mrs. Marie Martin, 90, of Crowville, LA, will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, June 2, 2018, at First Baptist Church of Crowville with Bro. Wade Coker officiating. Interment will follow in Crowville Masonic Cemetery, under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home in Winnsboro.

Mrs. Martin loved the outdoors, working in the garden, her church and church family, teaching Bible School, singing in the choir, and spending time with her grandchildren and her cat Gray. She was preceded in death by her husband Mack Martin; her parents, Bruce and Mamie Douglas Parker; brother, Jimmie Bruce Parker; and sister, Mildred Franks.

Survivors include: Sons, Tommie Martin and wife Peggy of Crowville, Wayne Martin and wife Donna of Baskin; daughter, Jean Canady and husband Sam of Crowville; 5 grandchildren: Scott, Keith, and Kevin Martin; Todd Canady; and Jennifer Clark; 15 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.

Pallbearers will be grandsons and great-grandsons.

Visitation will be Friday, June 1st, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church of Crowville.
