Marie Caraway Huth

Funeral services celebrating the life of Mrs. Marie Caraway Huth, 97, of Pittsburg, TX, formerly of West Monroe, LA, will be at 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, July 30, 2024, in the worship center of Fair Park Baptist Church, West Monroe with Rev. Darris Waren officiating. Graveside Services will be 2:30 P.M., Tuesday, July 30, 2024, at Greenwood Cemetery in Pineville, LA. The family will receive friends from 9:00 A.M. until the time of service. 

Mrs. Huth was born February 12, 1927, and went to be with her Lord and Savior on July 19, 2024. She enjoyed her family, friends, church, tending to her garden, and watching the birds at her many birdfeeders. 

She is preceded in death by her parents, Mack and Verdie Caraway; her husband, Don Huth; her children, Bobby J Caraway, Sr, Thomas D. Brooks, Theodore L. Brooks, Sr; her grandchildren, Bobbi J. Caraway, Jeffrey Brooks, Theodore L. Brooks, Jr, Jeremiah Brooks; her aunt, Milred McQuillin; brothers, Lonnie, William, Johnny, and Daniel Dickey. 

She leaves to cherish her memory, her grandchildren, Ian B. Brooks, Bobby J. Caraway, Jr, Bronson J. Caraway; her great grandchildren, Zachary Brooks, Matthew Brooks, Collin Brooks, Marli Brooks, Thomas Brooks, Blake Caraway, Brent Caraway, Brandon Caraway; cousins, Judy Johnson, Gloria Brazzell, Virginia Finley; and all of her friends from Fair Park Baptist Church. 

Pallbearers will be Ian B. Brooks, Bronson J. Caraway, John Green, Cecil Green, Earle Dickey, Charles McQuillin, James Dickey. 

The family would like to extend a special thank you to Al Jones and the staff at Pittsburg Nursing Center, Heart to Heart Hospice, Linda Hill and the staff at Wesley House Assisted Living Facility, Fair Park Baptist Church, and Mulhearn Funeral Home-West Monroe.
