Funeral services for Marian Kathryn Meredith, 84, of Monroe, LA, will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, February 18, 2015, in the chapel at Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe, with Rev. Ron Ferrington and Rev. Grant Bamburg officiating. Interment will follow at Mulhearn Memorial Park Mausoleum.Mrs. Meredith passed away Sunday, February 15, 2015, at Glenwood Regional Medical Center. She retired from Richland Parish School System and attended Victory Baptist Church.Mrs. Meredith was preceded in death by her husband, Warren Meredith; her parents; and her five siblings.Survivors include her sister, Evelyn Ferrington of Monroe, LA; brother, Herman Smith and wife Ruth of Ferriday, LA; daughter, Gloria Hodge and husband Bo; two grandchildren, Jason Hodge and wife Jessica of Katy, TX, Brandon Hodge of Austin, TX; two great grandchildren, Isaiah and Layla; and special friend and neighbor, Betty Albritton.
