Mrs. Stout was born on January 28, 1923 in Delhi, LA, and passed away on October 27, 2013 in West Monroe. She is preceded in death by Richard Stout, James S. Brice, Ben Brice, Gary Brice, Maggie Gilbert and Yvonne Brice.

Survivors include son Robert Brice of Kennesaw, Ga.; grandchildren, Kristin Putting, Tonja Brice, Mike Brice Meredith Rowe; great grandchildren, Caleb Rowe, Maci Rowe, Olivia Putting and Gabrielle Putting.
