Margie N. Wiggins

Funeral Services for Mrs. Margie N. Wiggins, 84, of West Monroe, LA, will be 10:00 AM Tuesday, December 12, 2017, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe, with Rev. Matthew Walker officiating. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Calhoun.

Mrs. Wiggins was born December 31, 1932, and went to be with her Lord and Savior on December 9, 2017, after a brief battle with cancer. She was a member of Peniel Baptist Church in West Monroe, LA.

Margie loved being outside. She enjoyed working in her beautiful yard, hunting and fishing with Glenn and their two boys, and spending time with her grand and great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Christian and Florence Humphries; her six brothers, Tommy, Edward, Clyde, Calvin, Nathan and Billy Humphries, and beloved dog, Yogi.

Left to treasure her memories are her husband of sixty years, Glenn Ray Wiggins and their two sons; Scott Wiggins (Connie) and Wendell Wiggins (Dawn), and their four grandchildren, Natalie Huffty (Mark), Patrick Wiggins, Nicholas Wiggins, Amber Kelly (Caleb); and two great grandchildren; Andrew and Christian Huffty.

Pallbearers will be Patrick Wiggins, Nicholas Wiggins, Mark Huffty, Danny Drennan, David Richardson and Bill Street (honorary).

Visitation will be from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM Monday, December 11, 2017, at Mulhearn Funeral Home in West Monroe.
