Graveside services for Mrs. Mabel L. Prestage Bailey, 96, of Shreveport, LA formerly of Monroe, LA, will be held at 10:00 AM Friday, October 31, 2008, at Riverview Cemetery under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe.
Mrs. Bailey passed away Tuesday, October 28, 2008 at her residence in Shreveport, LA. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church for 60 years and worked at Bond’s Bakery for 13 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Bailey; daughter, Barbara Montgomery Reese; and sister, Virginia Shaw Abbott.
Survivors include numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
