Lynn A. Wilcox was born July 7, 1940 and passed away May 24, 2020.
Lynn A. Wilcox was born and raised in New York and then went on into the Navy. He loved every aspect of life, when he got out of the Navy, he settled in Riverside, California having two sons, he was a proud DADDY, then as years went by life took him over to Tyler, TX, where he then went on to have more kids and drive a cross country touring bus. Lynn loved to spend time with his family, drive across country, cook and paint, he was a Jack of All Trades. Life went on to taking him to Louisiana, where he resided. Knowing Lynn was to love him, he never met a stranger, he was always there to lend a helping hand.
Survivors include his wife, Audrey Nelson Wilcox; sons, Tim Wilcox and wife Trish, Shane Wilcox, Troy Wilcox, Chad Wilcox and wife Erin, Casey Wilcox and wife Courtney, Billy Renwick, Shane Renwick and wife Veronica; daughter, Shelley Knox and Eric; grandchildren, Cameron and Zachery Wilcox, Terra and Devon Wilcox, Jordan Wilcox and wife Chrystal, Derek Terry, Jake, Cason and Saylor Wilcox, Megan Coggins and husband Kevin, Elaina Massey and husband Steven, Katie and Sammy Renwick, and Erica and Sheldon Knox; great grandchildren, Valentino Wilcox, Melody, Abigail and Zachery Wilcox, Mathew and Kye Coggins, Christian and Ted Massey; sisters, Joann Smith and husband Smitty, Grace, and Lois Wilcox; brothers, George Wilcox and wife Ann, Louie Wilcox, and Rick Wilcox; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Glenn and Nellie Wilcox; his maternal & paternal grandparents; and brother, Paul Wilcox and wife Elsie.
