Louise Montfort

Funeral Services for Mrs. Louise Montfort, 73, of West Monroe, LA, will be held at 10:00 A.M., Thursday, March 31, 2022, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home in West Monroe, LA, with Rev. Tim Hearn officiating. Interment will follow in Hebert United Methodist Church Cemetery in Hebert, LA.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M., Wednesday, March 30, 2022, at Mulhearn Funeral Home in West Monroe, LA.

Mrs. Montfort was born July 19, 1948 and passed away March 26, 2022. She and her husband owned and operated Diesel Truck Repair in West Monroe for 40 years until their retirement. Mrs. Montfort was a member of the Twin City Classic Chevy Club.

Survivors include her husband, Daniel Montfort; daughter and son-in-law, Amy Montfort Honeycutt and Craig Scott Honeycutt; son and daughter-in-law, Danny Ray Montfort and Robin Montfort; grandchildren, Gavin Honeycutt, Caleb Honeycutt, Landon Honeycutt, and Mallory Montfort; sisters, Barbara Hudson and Caroline Griffin; brother, Edward Lee Story, Jr.; and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, many cousins, friends, and decades of business acquaintances.

Pallbearers will be Gavin Honeycutt, Caleb Honeycutt, Kevin Rice, Ronnie Watkins, Jimmy Story, and Hunter Risher.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Jerry Story, James Keen, and Patrick Brown.
