Services for Mr. Louis Hemphill, Jr., age 78, will be 2:00 P. M., Sunday, July 27, 2008
at the Chapel of Mulhearn's Funeral Home in Winnsboro, with Rev. Neal Fryer officiating. Interment will be in the Harris Cemetery, Swampers, LA under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, Winnsboro.
He is preceded in death by a son, Robert Louis Hemphill. He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Bobbie Hemphill, Newellton, LA., 7 children, Mary Phillips and husband, Bobby of Newellton, LA, Linda Wilson and husband, Leonard of Heber Springs, AR, Glynn Hemphill and wife, Debbie of Batesville, AR, Jeannette Hopkins and husband, Jimmy of Newellton, La, Curtis Hemphill and wife, Lorette of Newellton, LA, Gary Wayne Hemphill and wife, Virgie of Newellton, LA, Bobbie Joe Hemphill and wife, Tina of Newellton, LA. One sister, Helen Adams of Shreveport, LA, 24 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
