Mrs. Stricklin was born on October 18, 1941 and went home to be with her Lord and Savior on March 20, 2025.

Linda was a beloved daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother who loved her family fiercely. She was a member of Cedar Crest Baptist Church and loved her church. She loved the Lord and had a servant’s heart. Our sweet mother was the one we always went to when we had a problem because she always had so much knowledge and wisdom to guide us on the right path. She was selfless and put her family and friends above all else including herself. She was an only child she had strong family values and her family was her number one priority. Mom loved to work in her yard. A mother’s love is an eternal gift one that never fades, even after she has left this world. Her kindness and devotion become the threads that weave through our lives, shaping who we are and guiding us even in her absence. Though her physical presence is no longer here, her spirit lives on in every cherished memory, every lesson she imparted, and every act of love she inspired. She remains a beacon of warmth and grace, forever etched in the hearts of those who knew her.

Linda is preceded in death by her loving husband, James Edward Stricklin; father, Charles Herbert Whitehead; and mother, Annie Floy Whitehead.

Those left to cherish Linda’s memory are her son, James Edward Stricklin, Jr. and his wife, Eddice; daughter, Sherry L. Kuhn; grandchildren, Janice Seneff and husband, Gene, Lindsey Stricklin, Reece M. Kuhn and fiancé, Alex Pedigo, and Amanda Bratton and husband, Justin; great grandchildren, John Luke “Logan” Reymundo and wife, Emma, Peyton L. Price, Hunter Seneff, Madison R.
