Linda Gail Hill

Graveside Services Celebrating the Life of Linda Gail Hill, 58, of West Monroe, LA will be held at 3:00 P.M. Sunday, August 9, 2020 at the Kilpatrick’s Serenity Gardens Cemetery in West Monroe, LA under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home West Monroe, LA.

Linda was born in Winnsboro, LA on July 29, 1962 and passed away on August 7, 2020 at her home in West Monroe, LA. She was an employee of JP Morgan Chase Bank, formerly Troy & Nichols, where she met and enjoyed the company of many friends. Even though she was a devoted employee and friend, her niece Jennifer was Linda’s greatest joy. From Jennifer’s first dance recital to her first dance at her wedding, you could always find Linda close, watching with a smile on her face and joy in her heart. Then Jennifer and Drew blessed Linda with her most precious gifts, her babies Sam and Graci Belle.

Linda is preceded in death by her father, M. R. “Buddy” Hill.

Survivors include her mother, Betty Kimball Hill; sister, Pam McKay and husband, Jim; niece, Jennifer Waldroup Routon and husband, Drew; nephews, JC McKay and Sonny McKay; great nephew, Sam Routon; great nieces, McKenzie McKay, Graci Belle Routon, and Mallorie McKay; many cousins and her life-long friend, Nancy Canoy.

Visitation will be held from 12:30 PM until 2:30 PM on Sunday, August 9, 2020 at Mulhearn Funeral Home West Monroe, LA,

The family would like to give a special thank you to Heart of Hospice, especially Tia and Cindy, for your care in the last couple of months.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, as it is a near and dear place to her and her family.
