Funeral Services Celebrating the Life of Lew Hudson, 49, of West Monroe, LA, will be held at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, December 12, 2017, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home West Monroe, LA, with Rev. Warren Eckhardt officiating. Interment will follow in the Hasley Cemetery in West Monroe, LA.

Mr. Hudson was born on January 9, 1968, in West Monroe, LA, and passed away on December 7, 2017, at his residence in West Monroe, LA. Lew was a kind and gentle soul who was loved by everyone who knew him. He always put others first and would come at the drop of a hat to help someone in need. Lew loved hunting, fishing, and the outdoors. He is preceded in death by his parents, H.G. and Francis Hudson; sister, Joanna Hudson Faulkner and brother-in-law, Tony Sullivan.

Survivors include his brother, Ben Hudson; sister, Recie Sullivan; nieces and nephews, Shelly Hudson and her son, Jameson Jett Hudson; Crystal Pardon and her daughters; Chris Whitlock and wife, Jennie; Tony Sullivan, Jr.; Dusty Sullivan and wife, Lakiesha and his children; and Matthew Sullivan and wife, Cortney and his daughters, Remi and Saige.

Pallbearers will be Christopher Whitlock, Matthew Sullivan, Robert Ellis, Ronnie Whitecotton, Ben Hudson, and David Elliott.

Visitation will be held from 12:00 P.M. until Service Time on Tuesday.
