Leroy Erwin

Graveside Services Celebrating the Life of LeRoy Erwin, 71, of West Monroe, LA, will be 2:00 PM Friday, July 28, 2023, at Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery in Monroe with his daughter, Mrs. Dianne Caples speaking. Interment will follow at Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery in Monroe. Arrangements are under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home West Monroe.

Mr. Erwin was born July 13, 1952 and passed away on July 26, 2023. He was of the catholic faith. Mr. Erwin was a drywall contractor by trade. He owned and operated Erwin Drywall for over 25 years. He enjoyed spending time with his family. Mr. Erwin was New Orleans Saints biggest fan.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Wanda Smith Erwin; son, LeeRoy “Kookie” Erwin; as well as mother, Nancy Erwin, and father, Joseph Erwin.

Survivors include his daughter, Dianne Erwin Caples and husband Daniel; son, Bobby Erwin and wife Robin; five grandchildren, Saige Erwin, Devin Boyd and wife Kelly, Landen Erwin, Baylee Erwin and Ava Quinn Sinclair; and two great-grandchildren, Aiden Rose and Lola Erwin.
