Services for Lena Nell Phillips, 96 of Winnsboro will be 2:00PM Sunday, June 26, 2016 in the Mulhearn Chapel with Rev. Terry Ganey officiating. Burial will follow in the Crowville Masonic Cemetery under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home-Winnsboro.Mrs. Lena was born on April 23, 1920 in Topisaw, MS and passed away June 22, 2016 in Delhi, LA. She was a member of Crowville First Baptist Church. She loved her family. She had a passion for flowers, loved the outdoors, and loved cats and dogs.She is preceded in death by her husband of 59 years-Henry Phillips; her son-Billy Ray Phillips; and her parents-Eddie and Sallie Ritchie Smith.Survivors include her son-Jan Phillips of Winnsboro; two grandsons-Gordon Phillips and wife Dianne of Little Rock, AR and Brandon Phillips and wife Loretta of Farmerville, LA; granddaughter-Janet Taunton and husband Max of Farmerville; great grand children-Anna Phillips, David, Brennen, Brianna Taunton, and Kaylee Armstrong.Visitation will be 5:00-7:00PM Saturday, June 25, 2016 in the Mulhearn Chapel.Online registry/condolences made at www.mulhearnfuneralhome.com.Memorial may be made to any charity of your choice.Arrangements under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, Winnsboro, LA.
