Lena Elizabeth Lashley

Services for Mrs. Lena Elizabeth Lashley, 75 of Winnsboro, will be at 10:00 a.m. Friday, December 15, 2017 at Crockett Point Baptist Church, with Bro. Curtis Owens, and Bro. Ricky Caldwell officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery, under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home in Winnsboro.

Lena enjoyed reading, puzzles, and playing games. She was a talented painter and loved decorating cakes. Her passion for helping others was evident through her church work, including TeamKids and Clothes Closet Ministry. She loved spending time with family and her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; Jessie Robert Smith, and Pearlie Mae Childress Smith, and 16 siblings.

Survivors include: Husband of 58 years, Arcola B. Lashley of Winnsboro, son, Arcola Lashley Jr. and wife Cindy of Winnsboro, 2 daughters; Sherry Davis and husband Wayne of Gardendale, AL, and Renae Short and husband Lee of Payson, AZ, 4 grandchildren; Dusty Lashley and wife Ginger of Winnsboro, Kala Graves and husband Bobby of Trussville, AL, Amanda Kramer and husband Logan of Kingwood, TX, and Cameron Davis of Gardendale, AL, 3 great-grandchildren; Riley Lashley, Sawyer Lashley, and Emalyn Kramer, and sister, Anna Martin of Graysville, TN, and a host of nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. Thursday, December 14th at Crockett Point Baptist Church.
