Graveside services for Laura Whitlock Harrison, 92, of Sugar Land, Texas, formerly of West Monroe, LA, will be held at 2:00 P.M., Monday, November 27, 2023, at Kilpatrick’s Serenity Gardens, Rev. Warren Eckhardt officiating, under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home.

Laura Whitlock Harrison, the youngest daughter of W.H. Whitlock and Johnanna Wagoner Whitlock passed away peacefully on November 21, 2023, in Sugar Land, Texas. In 1954, Laura married the love of her life, Bill Harrison, in Lawton, Oklahoma and then moved to West Monroe shortly thereafter. She loved playing the piano and singing in the church choir. She participated in a gospel quartet for a number of years. She enjoyed needle point and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Laura is survived by her son, Brian Harrison and his wife, Sheri Bruesch Harrison; granddaughters, Krystal Harrison Wibbenmeyer and her husband, Ben, and Kara Harrison Hodges and her husband, Brian and great grandchildren; Kimber Wibbenmeyer, Beckham Wibbenmeyer, Harlow Wibbenmeyer and Malia Hodges.

Pallbearers will be Gary Hoover, Laron Owens, Ben Wibbenmeyer and Brian Hodges.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Roger Whitlock, Rusty Wagoner, Alister Anderson.

Visitation will be held from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M., November 27, 2023, at Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe, LA.
