A Memorial Visitation for Mr. Lawrence “Larry” Leo McCormick, 80, of Downsville, LA will be held from 2:00PM until 4:00PM Saturday, September 19, 2020, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home in Monroe, LA.

Mr. McCormick was born December 11, 1939, in Chicago, IL and passed away Friday, September 11, 2020, in West Monroe, LA. He is preceded in death by wife, Jolene Isabelle McCormick; parents, Mac and Odie McCormick; and two brothers, David McCormick and Tom McCormick.

Larry had a special love for all animals.

Survivors include four children, Mark McCormick of California, Jeffery McCormick and wife, Tiffany of Calhoun, LA, Patrick McCormick and wife, Christina Drebber of Swartz, LA. and Lori Huckabay and husband, Billy of West Monroe, LA; six stepchildren, Jeff Holdiness and wife, April of Calhoun, LA, Donna LaForge and husband, J.R. of West Monroe, LA, Karen Durham of West Monroe, LA, Paul Holdiness and wife, Elizabeth of Albany, KY, Judy Clark and husband, Jason of Conway, AR, and Kenneth Holdiness of Calhoun, LA; ten grandchildren, Wesley Huckabay, Justin Huckabay, Alanna Carson and husband, Daryl, Kristen Miller and husband, John, Michael McCormick, Miranda McCormick, Skye McCormick, Hunter McCormick, Lane McCormick, and Brianna Williams; thirteen step grandchildren, Leslie Clark, Heather Holdiness, Jesse Prophit, Jeremiah LaForge, Reed Durham, Mason Durham, Zoe Holdiness, Ian Holdiness, Olivia Clark, Lillian Clark, Holden Clark, Hali Vanardo, and Garrett Holdiness; numerous great grandchildren; and four siblings, Janet McCormick, Ruth Simmons, Julie Hamilton, and Pam Raborn.
