Neil Oldham and Rev. Karvin Adams officiating. Interment will follow in Morehouse Memorial Park Cemetery, Bastrop.Mr. Hogue was born on October 19, 1934 in Oak Grove, LA and passed away on January 1, 2016 in West Monroe, LA. Mr. Hogue was an accountant at Riverwood International for 39 and a half years. He was active in his church, Cypress Street Church of God, serving as treasurer for many years. He was a member of The Gideons International for 40 years and served in various camp and state offices. He enjoyed spending time with his family and singing in the church choir and gospel groups. Mr. Hogue is preceded in death by his father, Lester Hogue; mother and step-father, Frances and Marvin Tippit; and his brother, Kent Tippit.Survivors include his wife of 46 years, Carolyn; daughters, Pamela Kelly and husband Jeff of Carrollton, TX and Christina Carter and husband Roger of Denham Springs, LA; grandchildren, Caston Carter, Noah Carter, Nathan Carter, Sela Kelly and Zane Kelly; and a number of cousins.Pallbearers will be Jeff Kelly, Roger Carter, Mike Coody, Dale Green, James Vickery, and Marlon Mitchell. Honorary Pallbearers are members of The Gideons International and their wives.Visitation will be held from 4:00PM until 6:00PM Sunday, January 3, 2016 at Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe.Memorials may be made to The Gideons International, P.O.
