Kimblea "Kim" Lowe Smalling

Funeral Services Celebrating the Life of Mrs. Kimblea “Kim” Lowe Smalling, 63, of West Monroe, LA will be held at 2:00 P.M. Monday, July 12, 2021 in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home West Monroe, LA with Rev. C.P. Smalling and Rev. Billy Taylor officiating. Interment will follow in the Lapine Assembly of God Church Cemetery in West Monroe, LA.

Mrs. Smalling was born on March 10, 1958 and passed away on July 9, 2021. She is preceded in death by her parents, Owen Lowe and Margie T. Rogers and her brother-in-law, David Mullins.

Survivors include her husband, Edwin “Eddie” Smalling; children, Dusty Smalling and wife, Carol, Shea White and husband, Shawn, Brad Smalling and wife, Rachel, Kris Willis and wife, Jade, Kalie Guiterrez and husband, John, and Kalab Smalling and wife, Ashley; 13 grandchildren; sister, Toni Mullins; and her brother, Mike Lowe.

Pallbearers will be Brad Smalling, Kaleb Smalling, John Guiterrez, David “Bubba” Mullins, Jr., Mark Allbritton and Dillon Mullins. Honorary Pallbearers will Johnny Randall Lowe, Joe Lane, Dusty Smalling, and Kris Willis.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Sunday, July 11, 2021 at Mulhearn Funeral Home West Monroe, LA.

Memorials may be made to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
