Graveside services for Kenneth Patrick Henry, 88, of West Monroe, Louisiana, will be held at 12:00 P.M., Wednesday, February 14, 2024, at the Northeast Louisiana Veteran’s Cemetery. The visitation will be held from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M., February 14, 2024, at Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe.

Mr. Henry was born on November 23, 1935, in Wichita Falls, Texas, and passed away peacefully on February 10, 2024, in Monroe, Louisiana.

Patrick was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and served in the Korean War. He then went on to receive a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas, the University of Houston, and from Northwestern State University in Teaching. He was also an officer in charge over the Department of Agriculture, the United States Postal Service, and NASA. Mr. Henry was a member of many organizations such as the Louisiana Jaycees, the president of the Alexandria Chamber of Commerce, the president of the YMCA Board of Directors, and president of the Alexandria Youth Baseball League.                              

He is preceded in death by his mother, Johnny Pat Lynch; and his first wife, Bonnie Louise Ellis.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Brenda Dennis Henry; son, Thomas Henry and his wife, Teresa; daughter, Tammy Laroque and her husband, David; stepbrother, Robert Henry; stepson, L.W. Dennis and his wife, Tammy; stepdaughter, Belinda Corley; grandsons, Justin Henry, Jordan Henry, and Jack Von Lutzow; granddaughters, Tabitha Dennis, Tori Dennis Privitor, Tonya Kramer, Tayla Kramer, and Tiffany Kramer; nine great grandchildren; and his two loyal companions, Littleman and Blue.
