Ken Elliot Crawford

Graveside services for Ken Elliott Crawford. 46 of Mangham will at 11:00AM Tuesday, December 13, 2016 in the Lone Cherry Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Doyle L. Adams officiating. Interment will follow under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home-Rayville.

Ken was born on August 31, 1970 and passed away December 7, 2016 at his residence.

He was a member of Mangham Baptist Church; a graduate of ULM, majoring in Psychology and began working for Century Link in Monroe on December 15, 1997 where he was a manager of Carrier Access Billing. When not at work, Ken was an avid gardener. He grew a large vegetable garden which he enjoyed sharing with his fellow employees at Century Link. He took pride in his collection of fruit trees and tropical plants. He loved fishing and hunting. He devoted many hours to creating the perfect environment for the fish and wildlife which inhabit the 3 acre pond behind his home. Ken and Earl, his Jack Russell Terrier, spent many hours there where he enjoyed fishing and photographing the sunsets which he called “God’s artwork”.

He is survived by his parents-Albert Crawford, Jr. and Barbara Nanette Landrum Crawford; daughter-Madison Kencaid Crawford; brother-Kevin Crawford; nephew-Mason Crawford; and his beloved Jack Russell Terrier, Earl.

Pallbearers will be Sid Eppinette, Buddy Felter, Michael Johnson, Brent Smart, Jim Whitman, Carl Harwell, and Kevin Crawford.

Visitation will be Monday, December 12, 2016 from 5:00 until 8:00PM at the Mulhearn Funeral Home-Rayville.
