Keesha Hill Whitman

Memorial services celebrating the life of Keesha Hill Whitman, 40, of West Monroe, LA, will be held at 3:00 P.M. Friday, August 19, 2022, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home in West Monroe, LA, with Rev. Marvin Wink officiating. Visitation will be held from 2:00 P.M. until service time on Friday.

Keesha was born on March 25, 1982, in Shreveport, LA and passed away on August 14, 2022. She was a loving Mother and Wife. She was the love of Lance’s Life as he was the love of hers. Her four children were the pride and joy of her life. She worked in the medical field for many years until she was diagnosed with a seizure disorder, and then became a stay-at-home mom.

Keesha is preceded in death by her parents, Glenda Jane Snowden and James Patrick Clayton; and her mother-in-law, Judy Kay Stuckey.

Survivors include her husband, Lance Whitman; sons, Thomas Mounsey, Michael Mounsey, Logan Whitman, and Luke Whitman; sisters, Kerri Stiles (Lucas Nappier) and their son, Caden Stiles, and Kathundra Lawhon (David Pruitt); grandmother, Delores Hill; father-in-law, Virgil “Skeeter” Stokes; along with numerous aunts, uncles, and other relatives.

Memorials may be made to the New Hope Worship Center in West Monroe, LA.

The family would like to give a special thank you to the New Hope Worship Center for the love and care that has been shown to Keesha and the family during her illness.
