Kathy Bamburg

Funeral services celebrating the life of Kathy Bamburg, 74, of West Monroe, will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, April 2, 2019, at Christ Church, West Monroe, with Rev. Tom Lowe officiating. Interment will be in Luna Assembly of God Cemetery under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe.
Mrs. Bamburg was born January 18, 1945, in West Monroe, LA, and passed away Thursday, March 28, 2019.
Mrs. Bamburg was a charter member of Christ Church where she was actively involved in all areas of church work. She retired after 25 years from J.P. Morgan Chase in Monroe, LA. She loved her children and family and enjoyed spending time with them. Her family was her pleasure but Heaven is her treasure.
Mrs. Bamburg was preceded in death by her parents, L. E. and Willie Kay Saucer; husband, Curtis Bamburg; and brothers and sisters, Harold Saucer, Doris Adamkavicius, Karen Adley, Nita Norton, Roy Saucer, and Ruth Saucer.
Survivors include her daughter, Tonya Loveless and husband Glenn; son, Kevin Hislop; grandchildren, Emily Lambert and husband Josh, and Austin Loveless and wife Ashlee; two great-grandchildren, Caraline and Carleigh Lambert, and baby Loveless on the way; sister, Norma Lowe; brother, Jerry Saucer and wife Sue; sister-in-law, Connie Saucer Reeves and husband Mickey; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Austin Loveless, Josh Lambert, Josh Goldman, Heath Goldman, Bubba Saucer, and Austin Mills.
Visitation will be from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM Monday, April 1, 2019, at Christ Church.
