Karol Ann Hughes

A Celebration of Life for Mrs. Karol Ann Hughes, 54, of Pasadena, TX, formerly of Monroe, LA, will be 2:00 PM Sunday, November 19, 2023, at Victory Baptist Church, with Rev Grant Bamburg officiating. Interment will follow at Providence Memorial Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home Monroe.

Mrs. Hughes was born July 11, 1969 and passed away on November 13, 2023. She was a member of Victory Baptist Church. Karol enjoyed crafting, working with RFK kids, serving and helping people, and most of all spending time with family especially her grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Bobby and Barbara Evans Keene; sister, Karen Sue Keene; and brother, Kurt Ivan Keene.

Survivors include her two sons, David Wright and wife Laura, Daniel Wright and wife Christina; five grandchildren; loving companion, Todd Mullins and his daughter Abby Stephens; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and many special friends.

Pallbearers will be Jordan Keene, Ryan Gebhardt, Reid Bray, David Wright, Daniel Wright, and Toby Mullins.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to Victory Baptist Church, Dr. Lash, and nurses Megan and Brandon.

Memorials may be made to Victory Baptist Church or Royal Family Kids Camp “RFK”

Visitation will be from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM Sunday, November 19, 2023, at Victory Baptist Church.
