Funeral Services for Joshua Wade McCorkle, 41, of West Monroe, LA will be held at 3:00PM Saturday, September 28, 2019 in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe with Bro. Danny Johnson officiating. Graveside Services will be held at 2:00PM Sunday, September 29, 2019 at Hockenberry Cemetery in Tichnor, Arkansas.

Joshua was born on April 27, 1978 in Richardson, TX and passed away on September 24, 2019 in Monroe, LA. Joshua taught us patience, love, and was so special to us. He was our Angel on Earth. We were blessed to have him with us for 41 years and will be missed everyday. He is preceded in death by his sister, Kimberly Dawn McCorkle; grandparents, Jewel and Vernon Johnston, and Charlie and Elizabeth McCorkle.

Joshua is survived by his loving parents, Charles and Donna McCorkle; brother, Bryon McCorkle and wife Jennifer; nephews, Brayden and Hayes McCorkle; niece, Kaylie McCorkle; aunts, Bonnie Shepherd and husband Donnie, and Edna Weston; uncle, Mike McCorkle and wife, Yong-sun; and numerous cousins and other relatives.

Visitation will be held from 1:00PM until service time on Saturday, September 28, 2019 at Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe.

The family would like to give special thanks to the Doctors and Nurses at St. Francis Hospital, Rosie Lewis, Betty Hodge, Tanisha Atkins, Ruby Hearne, ARCO, and Dr. Bonita Dyess for the love and care they gave to Joshua.
