Joseph Evan Soileau of Monroe, retired chief engineer for Gulf Oil Co., died Monday. Services are 1 p.m. Saturday at Corpus Christi Catholic Church, Mobile, Ala. Visitation is noon Saturday until service time at the church. Burial will be in Pinecrest Funeral Home Cemetery, Mobile, under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe.
