Graveside Services for Mr. Johnny “Smoe” Trichel, 69, of Monroe, LA will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, October 15, 2016 at the Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery with Rev. Johnny Hankins officiating under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home Sterlington Road Monroe, LA.
Mr. Trichel was born on July 8, 1947, in Monroe, LA and passed away on October 12, 2016. He graduated from Ouachita Parish High School and attended Northeast Louisiana University. Johnny loved the outdoors hunting and fishing. He also loved Fast Pitch Softball. Johnny is preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Mary Nell Trichel; brother, Jack Trichel and by a nephew, Tyler Gill.
Survivors include his sisters, Llen Urban and husband, Bobby of Sterlington, LA and Melissa Gill and husband, Donnie of Leesville, LA; daughter, Simone Trichel of Monroe, LA; nieces, Ashley Urban of Monroe, LA, Megan Willis and husband, Mike of Lake Charles, LA, and Rachel Robinson and husband, Scotty of West Monroe, LA.
