Johnny Hodge

Johnny was born on October 26, 1977, in West Monroe, LA, and passed away on September 24, 2021, in Monroe, LA. Memorial services will be held at a later date.

He had a love for music, fishing and fast food, especially Johnny’s Pizza. He enjoyed just being on the go, it didn’t matter where, and if you were going somewhere he wanted to go.

Johnny is preceded in death by his mother, Judy Heckford; father, Olan Hodge; grandparents, Helen and Arvis Froust; and brother-in-law, Richard Kulp.

Survivors include his sisters, Kamie R. Conner and husband Troy of Pensacola, FL, and Sandra Kulp of West Monroe, LA; his brother-in-law, Danny Frith; nephews, Brandon Orr, Justin Frith, Jessie Kulp, Kyle Kulp, and wife Crystle, Kory Kulp and wife Ashley, Khloe Kulp, and Kobe Kulp; nieces, Amanda Orr, Alaina Adkins, Trae Adkins, Morgan Steen and husband Cody, Kayla Whaley, and Kelli Swoveland and husband Michael; great nieces and nephews, Bricen Steen, Cody Steen, Jr., Kyle Kulp, Jr., Faith Swoveland, and Angel Hefner; his special canine companion, Abby, who was always by his side, in his lap, or snuggled up with him; and countless extended family and friends.

The family would like to give special thanks to Derek Musgrove, who was a big help getting Johnny to countless appointments and always lifting his spirits.
