Johnnie Gore

Funeral Services for Mr. Johnnie Gore, 99, of West Monroe, LA, will be held at 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, December 13, 2017, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe, LA, with Rev. Randy Ford and Glenn Gore officiating. Interment with Military Honors will follow in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Columbia, LA.

Mr. Gore was born January 12, 1918, in Caldwell Parish, LA, and passed away December 10, 2017, in West Monroe, LA. He was a barber for 52 years and a veteran of the United States Army.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Eva Belle Martin Gore; and son-in-law, James M. Frasier.

Survivors include his daughter, Pat Frasier of Eros; granddaughters, Pam Ryals and husband Curtis of West Monroe, and Debra Droesser and husband Mark of Eros; great granddaughter, Ashton Droesser of Eros; and several nephews.

Pallbearers will be Mark Droesser, Curtis Ryals, David Gore, Danny Boy Ziegler, James Rea and Tyler Leach.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M., Tuesday, December 12, 2017, at Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe, LA.

The family would like to give special thanks to Ridgecrest Nursing Home and Hospice Compassus for the wonderful care shown to Mr. Gore.
