John Arthur Graves

Memorial services for John Arthur Graves, 80, of Littleton, TX, will be held at 1:00 PM Thursday, May 23, 2019, at Mulhearn Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel with Rev. Lynn Malone officiating. Interment will follow at Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery, under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, Monroe. Visitation will be from 12:30 PM until the time of service Thursday at the Mausoleum Chapel.

Mr. Graves was born May 24, 1938 and passed away April 5, 2019.

Mr. Graves was preceded in death by his mother, Flossie Lasyone Graves; father, E. J. Graves, Sr.; son, John Timothy Graves; brothers, E.J. Graves, Jr. and Aaron Graves; and sisters, Lessie Pruden, Doris Martin, and Mary Middelton.

Survivors include daughters, Denise Hardy (Davis) and Johnette Pitre (Jimmy); grandchildren, Dave Hardy (Kelsey), Derek Hardy (Megan), and Victoria Quijas; great-grandchildren, Myers, Hutton, and Parker Hardy, and Dawson Saizon; sister, Bessie Shaw; numerous nieces and nephews; and the mother of his children, Janis McDonald.

Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Pilots for Patients, or Gideon’s International.
